House Rules

🕒 Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, we will view the house together and hand over the keys.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM. A check of the condition of the apartment and furnishings will be carried out; any damages must be compensated.

🏡 Respect for the Environment and Spaces

To ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the premises, and pets are not permitted.

We kindly ask you not to move the indoor or outdoor furniture. For everyone's peace of mind, please avoid parties and loud noises after 12:00 AM (midnight).

🧹 Cleaning and Order

We deliver every apartment in optimal hygiene conditions and ask that it be returned in order. Specifically:

• Dishes must be strictly washed and put away.
• Waste must be correctly separated and disposed of according to recycling rules.

These points will be verified at check-out. You will find everything necessary for self-cleaning in the house.

Extra cleaning service: If you wish to use our professional cleaning service (which does not include dishwashing or waste disposal), the cost will be defined directly with the staff member we provide for you.

🛏️ Bed Linen

The initial supply of linen is included in the price. Supplemental changes can be requested at the following costs:

• Double Bed Set: € 20.00 per change.
• Single Bed Set: € 10.00 per change.
